MEL C
Mel is the founder of Cardio-Central.
Led by Mel C, Cardio Central has continued to become one of the leading and most innovating Fitness Organisation in the West Midlands!
ROSIE D
Rosie D is the Senior Trainer for Cardio Central. Mel’s right-hand woman, she manages the team of Cardio Central Instructors and is also part of the Beatz Fitness Training Team.
GEMMA
Gemma is the Cardio Central Business Manager. She manages all of the administrative duties and is responsible for the background running of the company that no one sees! She is also a great Zumba Instructor and is currently training to be a Fitness Instructor.
JOAN
Joan manages the running of registration across all of the Cardio Central classes and is affectionately known as Momma Joan by everyone!
HANNAH
Hannah teaches Glow Beatz/PWR Beatz and Rock Box for Cardio Central. She helps manage the Cardio Central Facebook page/Group and also organises the Cardio Central Social Events.
She team teaches Glow Beatz every week with Mel and is currently studying for her ETM.
FRANCINE
Francine aka Franki is a Zumba Instructor and in charge of all things technical at Cardio Central. She manages the upkeep of the equipment at Cardio Central and also makes sure Mel is ready to go at the beginning of each class!
