Glow Beatz
Glow Beatz is a dance fitness class that uses Disco Lights and Glow Sticks – The classes uses anthems from all genres and the atmosphere is electric!
Classes are held every Monday at 7pm at Gayton Road Community Centre, West Bromwich, B71 1QS and every Thursday at 7:30pm at Oldbury Academy, Pound Road, Oldbury, B68 8NE. Classes are £5.50 PAYG and are available to book online at Gym Catch:
