The Cardio Central team are trained and licensed to teach a multitude of fitness formats, including Clubbercise, Zumba, Boxercise, Metafit and Bokwa. Below are some of the core programs that we include in our regular classes;

ZUMBA

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop.

CLUBBERCISE

Clubbercise® has grown from a single class dreamt up by three friends, to becoming one of the biggest dance fitness concepts to hit the fitness industry since Zumba!

Class participants at a Clubbercise class use glowsticks in a darkened environment, moving to dance music from the 90’s to now. It’s like the perfect night out without the hangover! The darkened environment also make this type of class perfect for those of us that are a little self-conscious.

BOXERCISE

Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Most boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

BEATZ

Beatz Fitness covers multiple styles of classes, including;

  • Fit-Beatz – Choreographed dance excercise classes to modern dance music
  • Street-Beatz – R&B, Hip-Hop, Garage, D&B and Grime
  • GlowBeatz – Utilising glowsticks and club lighting
  • Little-Beatz – Aimed at children up to 11
